It promotes inclusive leadership, builds the capacity of women leaders, and supports the creation of platforms where women can advocate for their rights and contribute to governance and policy dialogues. ## Women’s & Girls’ rights, Protection and Empowerment This area addresses the protection and promotion of the rights of women and girls, especially in contexts of vulnerability and marginalization. It includes initiatives to prevent and respond to gender-based violence (GBV), promote bodily autonomy, raise awareness of legal rights, and ensure access to justice, health, and psychosocial support services. Empowerment is fostered through education, life skills, and building self-esteem and agency. ## Women’s Economic Empowerment Promotes sustainable livelihoods and economic independence for women and girls through skills development, access to financial services, entrepreneurship, agriculture and market linkages.
